"Larissa's 1:1 mindfulness coaching has been an unparalleled opportunity to work with a world-class teacher and enhance my mindfulness practice. She has helped me understand the purpose of various techniques, my relationship with them, and stretched my thinking and my practice in ways I could not have achieved alone.   Her comfortable presence, soothing voice, and vast expertise make our time together invaluable as I invest in the growth of my awareness, emotional intelligence, and way of being."

- James, Professional Basketball Coach

"The MBSR training was comprehensive and offered many different and complementary ways to facilitate engagement in mindfulness and meditation practices. I thoroughly enjoyed Larissa’s kind and compassionate style over the 8-weeks of learning. Being able to download the meditations through the app really helped me to find the space and time to practice and I look forward to continuing embedding mindfulness into my daily life."

Managing Workplace Mojo

Ever felt like a fraud in the workplace, despite your accomplishments? Or thought that burnout and stress could be impacting you or your team’s performance? You are not alone. Navigating emotional rollercoasters and challenging culture are complexities many of us manage in the modern workplace. In Australia, researchers estimate that 15% of all depressive episodes among working people are attributable to workplace conditions, and that 8% of total mental health costs in Australia are linked to workplace stresses, injuries, and conditions experienced by employed Australians. Given the scale and impact of this problem, how do we create the systems and master the skills to facilitate safe and rewarding workplaces? Join our panel of experts and discover what the research recommends.
